@laclica you can read pinned comments of the "brother" package:

https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/linux-xanmod

But, quickly, package read external variables, so you can use them to tune the package as you wish.

For example, I personally build xanmod kernels with this command:

env _microarchitecture=99 use_numa=n use_tracers=n use_ns=y _localmodcfg=y makepkg -sic

You can read the description of every "option" to see why I'm using it.

@figue hello there. first i would like to thank you for making and maintaining this Package. it's a great help and greatly appreciated. i am also sorry for my bad English as it is not my primary language. i do have a question tho. after tinkering with most of the options provided in the build file i came across one i cant for the love of me understand how to make work.

Tweak kernel options prior to a build via nconfig

_makenconfig=

i have checked the large description on the basic Package at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/linux-xanmod and i have tried going in the source folder and running make nconfig but could not really make any sens of how what i would do in the tool would be used by that config flag. would there be any article you could point me to for the expected use of the nconfig tool and if you dont mind could you give me an example of an expected typical use of that flag?

thank's again for your time.

@DanEng1982 The sources of this package are "cacule" branches of linux-xanmod project. You can check the available branches here:

Error in makepkg. Should be xanmod3.
