Both Upstream URL and Sources URL are 404.

Seems like you need to get the sources from https://github.com/Tatsh/cmdpack/tree/master/src

I don't know if there's an easier way, but you can get them one by one, like for example:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Tatsh/cmdpack/master/src/bin2iso.c

Thanks. Don't know what happened to upstream, but I'll switch the source over to the frugal mirror instead.
