updating from zathura-git fails with the error:

zathura/main.c:254:26: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it appears in
Makefile:103: recipe for target 'build/release/zathura/main.o' failed

Any ideas?

Girara dependency should be versioned, like: depends=('girara-git>=0.2.4')

For reasons beyond my comprehension, zathura builds against libnotify, even if libnotify is not present. The vanilla Arch version does not. It looks like girara-git now depends on libnotify, but does not have it in its dep array. I'm currently trying to build it without libnotify present, to see if it's an autoconf problem or something like that.

Does anyone else get undefined references from libgdk?

[CC] /tmp/yaourt-tmp-chris/aur-zathura-git/release/bin/zathura
/usr/lib/ undefined reference to `cairo_surface_set_device_scale'
/usr/lib/ undefined reference to `cairo_surface_get_device_scale'

Does this git version has pdf annotation and highlight support now?

zathura-git does not build with the latest girara-common-git and girara-gtk3-git.

Here is the error message:

I have updated this and some other PKGBUILDs a while ago and I am hapilly using it. If somebody is interested:

You can find a few more related updates (girara-gtk3, girara-common, zathura-plugins) in:

I hope that becomes useful...

Any thoughts about tracking the develop branch?

It seems to have a month's worth of fixes that aren't in master.

Hey there! Any plans to update this to the new makepkg syntax? It's significantly cleaner.

All the best,

bug/feature request:
next_page or prev_page resets the position of page (in x axis) when page width > screen width.

When reading pdfs in dual mode with perfect width fit (with shortcut d and then s), the problem does not occur i.e. next_page (or prev_page) does not move the page horizontally. The same is true for smaller page width. For width > screen width (i.e. done done by zooming) the page starts to move horizontally.

Could you please fix that ?
