Note that the source archive for the -2 release has the same name as for the -1 release, but a different checksum. Hence, it is necessary to remove the previous source in order to successfully build the new version.

The latest version fails to pass the validity checks:

$ makepkg
==> Making package: xfractint 20.04p14-2 (Sul 23 Aws 15:14:05 BST 2015)

-> Found fractint.sh
-> Found xfractint-20.04p14.tar.gz
==> Validating source files with md5sums...
fractint.sh ... Passed
xfractint-20.04p14.tar.gz ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!

The previous version (yesterday?) built fine. I'm not sure what version -2 is supposed to do as the only changes seem to be the package version increment and the changed checksum, which now causes a build failure.

When I built this the only files included in the package were:

[shaurz@fortress ~]$ pacman -Ql xfractint
xfractint /etc/
xfractint /etc/profile.d/
xfractint /etc/profile.d/xfractint.sh
