@TheChickenMan: Please follow package guidelines. Ropid has a good example PKGBUILD in his comment below.

Had to wait to get back to work so I could test the new build in a clean chroot. Everything should work now.

@ringo32:

Your PKGBUILD is bad! It doesn't actually put the files into the package. The files end up installed on your system at the point where you see the password prompt from ninja. You now have files in your system that can't be removed by pacman.

Here's a different PKGBUILD that works like it should:

http://ix.io/27wz

The trick in this PKGBUILD is the "DESTDIR=$pkgdir" environment variable. That makes ninja put the files where makepkg expects them.

greybird needs meson & ninja to build now

had figuring like https://pastebin.com/S4MhWSmb

but dont know ninja, it pompts with password but builds..

The today's update removes Greybird from Appearance list and cannot select it, how do I get that back ?

Hi TheChickenMan,

there is a new release on Github.

Any chance to get an update of the package? Thanks!

Issues with GTK3.20 have been fixed upstream.

Has anyone tried the most recent build out as the theme for lightdms gtk greeter? Everything is working great for me except I have a transparent box where my user logins are.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same issue.

I'm crossing my fingers...I just find that certain applications are hard to use without borders so I'm running the patched version.

Great work, I hope there will be an upstream release soon!
