Is this missing some dependencies? I'm getting this error:

Yes and no.

It may be confusing to technically have two different versions kind-of installed at the same time, but there is no real hard conflict, and the precedence relation is pretty straightforward (and nonetheless wine will always only accept the WINE_MONO_VERSION it was built with) https://github.com/wine-mirror/wine/commit/dc2c580bdfab2b6850241afae66d7dee5db94c0e

p.s. to update to the new version you just need to bump the release number and fix the checksum
