bkmod

As I've mentioned in this comment it's time to deprecated this package then.

Now people can use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/whatsapp-nativefier and just change the settings to use the dark theme.

Would it not be easier to use the native Whatsapp Web dark mode now that it is available? The body class="web" needs only be changed to body class=”web dark” Could this be injected? I ask because the native dark theme correctly themes more elements (such as the search box, emoji selection, new chat) I would like to try this but am not sure what inject .css or .js would be needed.

https://i.imgur.com/SZrxKDN.png Here is the error. It's Catalan language (ca_ES) Thanks for this!

Hi juxuanu

Which language are you using?

We have a workaround for this issue for these languages: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/whatsapp-nativefier-dark-inject.js?h=whatsapp-nativefier-dark#n2530

If you are using a different language from those, please post here the entire message you are seeing in the screen so I can add a workaround for your language too.

Hi, now the Whatsapp web is asking for a newer version of Chrome (49+). You can check it for yourself. If you click on that notification, you need to reinstall the package as it will not allow you to go back.

Hi Zyrac.

This package is just a wrapper around https://web.whatsapp.com/ changing the css style to a dark theme (https://userstyles.org/styles/142096/dark-whatsapp-by-vednoc) and using nativefier (https://github.com/jiahaog/nativefier) to make it as a native app for linux. It does not add or change any feature that https://web.whatsapp.com/ has.

So if you access https://web.whatsapp.com/ you'll see that currently it does not have an option to do what you want (select your own wallpapers in png or jpg).

Just a hint: if you change the wallpaper in the mobile app, it will change on the desktop as well. But I'm not sure is that what you want.

Excellent app, Thanks @franciscocpg Could I make a suggestion? In the chat wallpaper menu would it be possible to add a link so one could select there own wallpapers in png or jpg. Never the less an excellent app and keep up the good work. Regards Zyrac.

for some reason pamac-manager won't give me the updates. The aur package is still the 0.20200221002211-5 version. How can I update?
