Hi Zyrac.

This package is just a wrapper around changing the css style to a dark theme ( and using nativefier ( to make it as a native app for linux. It does not add or change any feature that has.

So if you access you'll see that currently it does not have an option to do what you want (select your own wallpapers in png or jpg).

Just a hint: if you change the wallpaper in the mobile app, it will change on the desktop as well. But I'm not sure is that what you want.

Excellent app, Thanks @franciscocpg Could I make a suggestion? In the chat wallpaper menu would it be possible to add a link so one could select there own wallpapers in png or jpg. Never the less an excellent app and keep up the good work. Regards Zyrac.

for some reason pamac-manager won't give me the updates. The aur package is still the 0.20200221002211-5 version. How can I update?

gh0stzk commented on 2020-03-29 01:55

everything works fine now!

Version 0.20200327232900-1 should fix it.

The theme doesn't seem to apply cleanly anymore, even after deleting the app's cache (which for whatever reason seems to largely reside in ~/.config). For example, the search bar is now white.

Hi sispus.

No problem. Let me try to explain.

Before, this package was using the nodejs-nativefier from AUR to build which means that it was using the latest available version.

As you can see here (, 3 days ago nodejs-nativefier was updated from version 7.7.1 from to 8.0.4. After this update, building this package causes the dark theme to not be applied.

So I started to use yarn to install nodejs-nativefier with version 7.7.1 pinned while I don't have time to investigate the issue. Ideally I should investigate what is causing the problem with version 8.0.4 and revert to use the nodejs-nativefier package from AUR again.

nope, same. I'm not sure I have nodejs-nativefier 7.7.1 installed. I have 8.0.4. Is it normal? edit: i think yarn is for that. sorry for my not-knowing anything :)
