Beyond checking for updates I haven't actually done anything with this package in quite a while (just noticed your message now) -- feel free to adopt the package if you'd like to keep in moving :)

Another dude had supplemented the freeweather api for the underground one and put it in the perl script.

Said perl script had a syntax error making it unusable. I found the error and fixed it.

if the maintainer wanted to he could just change the upstream URL to my repository or the other dudes who ported weatherspect to git first. In any case download mine and have it working.

So how do we build this with one of it's dependencies (perl-weather-underground) completely absent from the AUR?

Adopted and updated with manpage

@rix Check the line "location" in the file ~/.weaterspect. This problem occurs if the line is set incorrectly, or have accents.

Doesn't work for me:

"Exiting with SIGUse of uninitialized value in sprintf at /usr/bin/weatherspect line 693."

Any ideas how to solve this?
