There is an archive on Wayback Machine that matches the hash in the PKGBUILD. It may not be the latest, but at least this version is authentic. The upstream URL is also archived.

It seems the initial download URL is back up [0]. Would you mind using this URL please? (BTW, the file that is used for download right now has a different hash than the one available as official download … !!)

It looks like WD took down their pciscsi.exe, causing the checksum error. Luckily I found a backup from my cache folder, enjoy:

Package build just fine. Check your /tmp directory and makepkg.conf yaourtrc files configs.
