Yeah, I don't think you can either. I wasn't sure if pulling in the musl package would fix any dynamic libraries, but it sounds like that isn't an issue.

Yeah, rustc statically links it. That said, I don't think it's possible to run Arch without glibc?

@jamesmcm Thanks for updating!

I'm okay to use the musl version. Wasn't sure if it was statically compiled or if musl should be added as a dependency.

Thanks, all of those issues are addressed now.

The musl version was chosen as it's more versatile, but since Arch will always have gcc maybe I'll swap it for the gcc version. I think the only major difference is faster memory allocation in any case IIRC.

As someone else mentioned, git and rust are not dependencies.

Also, you'd likely want to use the vopono_0.7.1_linux_x86-64_gcc package since the musl package likely wants the musl libraries instead of the glibc that gcc likely provides.

Good to see there's a bin package!

Would you mind adding source_armv7h and the like, seeing as the release is available in other architectures as well? (https://github.com/jamesmcm/vopono/releases). Would you ming providing a binary release for aarch64 in the Github releases?

Also, this bin package probably doesn't need rust or git as makedepends.
