Got the same error as trontonic. But was able to solve it with a patch found at https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-extras-commits/2007-November/msg02028.html

hmm...did u try to delete all ultimatestunts-specific files which
were created by the "makepkg -s" and then try again?

"no rule to make target ..." is no package specific error and can't be fixed
by adding a makedepends

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

added 'gcc' 'make' 'mesa' to makedepends (installation should now work for a
fresh arch with running desktop environment...)

When trying to build this package, I get:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../trackedit/libtrackedit.a', needed by `ustuntstrackedit'. Stop.

Your tarball has some issues. AUR guidelines suggest to not include binaries. This includes:
ultimatestunts/ultimatestunts.png
Other TUs seems to think an icon or two is okay, but maybe you should ask upstream to include it. Please fix this.
