Just a heads up that ahmubashshir will be updating this package per commit as per regular VCS package standards, so this means this package will get updates a lot more often.

If that isn't your sort of thing then I suggest you move over to the stable version of this package.

Please add python-dbus as optional dependency for the recently added MPRIS tracker. Package "python-gobject" is also required for the MPRIS tracker, please mention that as well.

@MagicAndWires, can you add me as a co-maintainer?

@deanvry @mihalea

I've changed the desktop files to work with blacklists instead so hopefully that'll do the trick.

@MagicAndWires

Im also having the same problem too, commented "OnlyShowIn" line on the .desktop file make it appear on rofi while using i3wm.

Btw my "$XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP" = i3

MagicAndWires commented on 2019-12-13 12:31

@mihalea what is your $XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP?

mihalea commented on 2019-11-17 06:46

None of the .desktop files show up in rofi unless I comment out "OnlyShowIn"

@SolarAquarion Thanks for the heads up! Unfortunately I've been unable to keep up with the nuts and bolts of the development for a while and I hadn't even realized they added a submodule.

Normally I'd be pretty wary about updating a submodule when upstream links to a specific commit but since we're talking about a simple dataset that benefits from being the latest version it's indeed a good call.

I think you need to add "git submodule update --init --recursive" as a prepare function
