@Moonglade: Thanks for the heads up. It turns out the release tags were removed upstream, that's why it doesn't work. The version has never changed since it's creation, but I suppose that's all all there is for now.

pkgver() shows errors for me, use this instead:

pkgver() {
    cd "$srcdir/${pkgname%-git}"
    echo "$(python --version).r$(git rev-list --count HEAD).$(git rev-parse --short HEAD)"

git should be a make dep. Building in a clean chroot fails because git isn't part of base-devel and the package builds from a git source.

You should list 'python-gobject' as a dependency. When I was trying to run this tool without mentioned package, I was receiving this error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/python3.6/", line 193, in _run_module_as_main "main", mod_spec) File "/usr/lib/python3.6/", line 85, in _run_code exec(code, run_globals) File "/opt/tlpui/tlpui/", line 3, in <module> gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') AttributeError: module 'gi' has no attribute 'require_version'</module>
