Well for me the problem is gone now. But imho it was not this package. I ran the 'setleds' command from this package separately, same problem. So it was a problem with 'sedleds' and thous a kernel bug, maybe?!

I'm having the same problem I think for a month or so. I did not investigate it and did not arrive to the conclusion that this package is affected, but it seems so.

i've got following strange problem. Starting numlockontty as a service on boot, or manually in the shell only turns on the numlock light, but not the function (still not typing numbers). When pressing the physical numlock key afterwards, the light turns off but numlock function gets activated.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

New PKGBUILD, same old bash script inside. I only updated URLs to point to the new download location!

I had a problem with the payment for the server. It should be back online soon.

Sorry about that

I can orphan this package if you want to adopt it. I don't use it anymore, since I use "Extending getty@.service" method described on "Activating Numlock on Bootup" wiki page[3].

Just to say I totally forgot about this package. I'm glad support has been keept. (the migration to the git-based AUR repos)

It's just a bash script that basicly send the "numlock on" command on the 6 firts TTY. It a bit of an hack but it works generally.
