I have compilation error:
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/7.1.1/libgcc.a when searching for -lgcc
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgcc

Use this line, where LOGINNAME is the username you use in Steam login dialogs, and APPID is a number e.g. 34900 for Bad Rats:
steamcmd +login LOGINNAME +@sSteamCmdForcePlatformType windows +app_update APPID +quit

Useless tool. Steam nor SteamCMD aren't downloading non-linux games for me :(
Exists only manifest, files aren't downloading.

Commented it out for now, thanks. I haven't used this package since September 2015 due to the increasing support for Linux among Steam games.

Just to let you know, this package fails build because of the pkgver function, which is called before the file its trying to read is actually created. Removing the function causes the package to install corrrectly.
