The README.md got renamed to README.rst so the install in package() will fail now

It wasn't working with pypdf 1.13 (for me at least).

python-pypdf was renamed to python2-pypdf. The dependency needs to be changed accordingly.

After the upgrade today I get when running `stapler`:

from staplelib import stapler
ImportError: No module named staplelib
