Doesn't build at the moment. I changed this line in the PKGBUILD:

./configure --prefix=/usr --with-tklib=/usr/lib/tklib0.6

to this

./configure --prefix=/usr --with-tklib=/usr/lib/tklib0.7

and it was fine. I'm not sure if you can programmatically determine the directory, but if you have to hardcode, maybe specify the tklib version in the deps.

Thanks for that, mschu.

Added tklib and adjusted the staden PKGBUILD to use it.

@Lone_Wolf I've actually been confused as to what the out-of-date flag really means. I can't find any official definition that isn't circular. I interpreted it to mean the *package* is out-of-date (i.e. no longer working), as opposed to it being out-of-date with upstream's *version*. I suppose my interpretation is arguable in this case too anyway.

the out-of-date flag is not intended to be used if a a package doesn't build.

tklib files can be found here :

I've marked this as out-of-date, since it doesn't build.

This package now fails to build due to a missing dependency. tklib was not migrated to AUR4. N.B. there is currently an empty placeholder there, but no PKGBUILD uploaded.

Updated & working again.

I am orphaning this package since I no longer use it.
There is a new version out that I cannot compile for the life of me.
I would recommend any new packagers that you merge this package with "staden-io_lib" (which I am also orphaning).
Good luck to the next packager!

Updated to latest release.
Most of the fixed I was doing on the PKGBUILD are no longer necessary with this new version, which is building a lot more easily now.
Removed a bunch of dependencies from AUR packages which are also no longer required (went into optdepends).
gcc-libs-multilib is no longer required either.
As always, any feedback is welcome.
