Shouldn't this conflict with Arch's supplied Python?

How is this not useful?

It provides the current development version of Python 3.10, as was done for the previous new versions. Python changes functionality in its minor version releases, so developers frequently want to work with different versions than shipped with Arch by default, either to test developer versions or to work with past versions.

The package is now out of date for real. Version 3.10.0a6 was released on March 1, 2021: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3100a6/

(I am aware of the flagging function for outdated packages. Unfortunately, it already is flagged since even before that update, but for the wrong reason: Python 3.10 is not in fact out of alpha, yet. And I could not find a way to modify/update/replace the current flag or its message.)
