looks like python2-pycryptodomex was removed from the AUR https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/python2-pycryptodomex/

Instead of pycrypto, gpsoauth now uses pycryptodome: https://github.com/simon-weber/gpsoauth/commit/f571c0dc3eebd324543961d7d28b2a2d1237b89b#diff-b4ef698db8ca845e5845c4618278f29a. Using python2-pycryptodomex from AUR works.
However, when removing python2-crypto, it will not work:

from Crypto.PublicKey import RSA
ImportError: No module named Crypto.PublicKey
