whoa! Not sure how I ended up at python-git instead of kargo-cli :D Sorry about that. I've had trouble compiling this within a VM with 8 CPUs and 12G of RAM, btw. Hence my search to exclude it from kargo-cli as one of the deps.

@ILMostro7: Are you from python-opentimestamps-git or kargo-cli? Both packages should be fixed.
ILMostro7 commented on 2018-09-10 15:50
Why is python-git
a dependency here? Maybe I'm missing something.
Also, is this package still actively developed/supported? AFAIK, kargo is now known as kubespray.

Oh, I just understood the difficulties induced by the former python-git package. It should really never have been called like that.

For existing python-git users: the GitPython library has moved to https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-gitpython. Now this packages hosts git snapshots of CPython.

@yan12125: Because you’ve made the deletion and the addition in the same pass? That’s not a big deal.
yan12125 commented on 2017-02-14 17:57
Wow super fast @ArchangeGabriel! Thanks a lot.

I messed up with git history :( At least the latest PKGBUILD works!

Ah, ok :) @yan12125 if you want, create the package and the merge it or tell me and I will do it.
