Correct, it's fixed.

Can you also remove python2-setuptools from makedepends please?

Updated to 2.6.2, python2 package removed (nothing depend on it anyway)

Is there a way to install this (particularly with pikaur) without editing the PKGBUILD every time to delete the python2 stuff? I see no reason to have python 2 installed in 2020.

@mallrat, you just need to rebuild this package (pacman -S --asdeps python-livereload).

I'm getting this error on upgrading python-sphinx-autobuild:

sphinx_autobuild/init.py:22: in <module>

from livereload import Server

E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'livereload'

Because the livereload module is being installed to python 3.7 lib folder:

$ pacman -Ql python-livereload | grep livereload/__init

python-livereload /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/livereload/init.py

Whenever a Python package adds command line scripts using entry_points in its setup.py, those scripts depend on setuptools at run-time (more specifically the pkg_resources module it provides).

So, for the /usr/bin/livereload script to work, python-setuptools should be at least in optdepends of this package, if not in depends.
