I got an "The requested URL returned error: 404" error when downloading "", guess upstream made some update.

@drakkan, many thanks, I realised 5.2.0-2 resolved the issue and removed my comment before you responded.

@coxackie, I just fixed the gtk theme issue, the gtk-3.0 folder was missing I just linked it to gtk-3.20 folder and it seems to work.

Regarding the gnome-shell theme it is not visible in gnome-tweaks since gnome-shell.css and gnome-shell-high-contrast.css are missing in /usr/share/themes/Pop/gnome-shell.

I have no time to report these issues upstream now, I'll report them later today

@smartding, I think it is required for gtk2 support, please take a look here too

Is gtk-engine-murrine required? This theme seems ok without gtk-engine-murrine

Does not make sense... the folders Pop and Pop-dark in /usr/share/themes/ are the same in structure, and their index.theme files seem correct.

@coxackie, yes same issue here

coxackie commented on 2020-04-01 11:23

@drakkan do you have the same issue? I just want to ensure it is not a local problem.

drakkan commented on 2020-04-01 10:44

Hi, I think this is an upstream issue and not a packaging one, we are simply extracting the precompiled deb

Many thanks for this - I only see "Pop-dark" in Gnome tweaks shell themes. The light "Pop" does not seem to appear.
