Issues on Manjaro: https://github.com/psifidotos/applet-window-buttons/issues/96

The problem seems to arise from applet cannot find "libkdecorations2private.so.6" in "/usr/lib", I suppose.

Edit: The issue is resolved. Add "-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr" to "cmake".

can you force the correct path in the cmake as in 'install.sh'?

And the reason why the installation path is wrong is Manjaro's cmake not using the right default paths. So yes, it is a Manjaro problem.

arojas: I don't think it's a manjaro problem. I installed the application directly from the git repository using the setup.sh file and now no more errors.

in fact, as mentioned in this post, it is a problem of the installation path: https://github.com/psifidotos/applet-window-buttons/issues/35#issuecomment-536455057

xMase: that's Manjaro's problem. It works fine on Arch

It was built ok but installed to wrong place.

Adding widget to panel shows its icon, and clicking on it pops up "org.kde.appletdecoration"
