Hmmm...the package's description is just the one that cpan2aur pulled from CPAN. At least cpan2aur didn't put `perl-html-entities` in the "provides" array, which is what really matters. The author of HTML::HTML5::Entities must have been referring to perfect API compatibility when he wrote "drop-in replacement."

Hmmm ... that was just the description that cpan2aur pulled from CPAN. I guess the author meant "drop-in" in terms of API compatibility. Because of cpan2aur's automated nature and the fact that it uploads taurballs by itself on the same run that it generates PKGBUILDs, there's not much I can do in the way of a simple fix. I would suggest you direct your suggestions to the maintainers of either cpan2aur or HTML::HTML5::Entities.

In order for this to be a true drop-in replacement, I think you may need to do # ln -s /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/HTML/HTML5/Entities.pm /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/HTML/
