Can you please move the meson build from prepare() to build()?

Aurutils srcver fails if meson is not installed, as it tries to run the prepare function

meson as makedepends is not ok?

pajdal97 commented on 2019-02-09 09:50

Please add meson to dependency

ortango commented on 2018-06-14 12:59

paper icon theme has been using meson to build for a few days now.

effectively this package is out of date.

@gaelic, please update the package version at least occasionally.

Please do not flag this package outdated. It is a git package. Just reinstall it.

Okay, gaelic. I've figured out what was happenning. I initially used pacaur which cloned your AUR package into a directory 'paper-icon-theme-git' and then the PKGBUILD tries to clone the upstream source repo into a directory $pkgname which is set as paper-icon-theme-git in the PKGBUILD. This is where the conflict happens. Simply removing the $pkgname:: from the source array fixes the issue.

I don't know if this is an issue with pacaur or the PKGBUILD?

EDIT: The issue is with how I have configured pacaur. I have both SRCDEST (makepkg.conf) and AURDEST (pacaur env var) set to the same directory causing this issue. My bad.

Hi. This should not be a problem of the PKGBUILD:
