@heber: The Olive website reports that version 0.1.2, although not supported, is the most stable at the moment:

https://www.olivevideoeditor.org/downloadlegacy.php

Version 0.2 is in development, and should not be used "for any serious work" yet:

I was not able to build the package. Currrently having the exact same issue expressed by @telmo in his comment.

./olive/src/olive-0.1.2/effects/internal/texteffect.cpp:272:34: error: variable ‘QPainterPath shadow_path’ has initializer but incomplete type

I can't build the package, I get a olive/src/olive-0.1.2/effects/internal/texteffect.cpp:272:34: error: variable ‘QPainterPath shadow_path’ has initializer but incomplete type. Is anyone else having the same issue?

There's no audio with this version for some reason. Any ideas?

Hi. I am unable to preview videos in the Media Viewer panel. Is this supposed to work for this version?

Thanks

EDIT: I am a dope. Just double click the clip and it shows up in the Media Viewer for preview.
