@maxdourden Thanks for the feedback. I added it as a dependency.

I add to add perl-net-snmp module like @astroty

@christiank I think the message you're getting is just a Perl warning and isn't the cause of your problems.

I'm getting the same message too (but can't fully test if it works because the server I have available is too old and doesn't support this version of the client).

I suggest adding 'debug=1' to /etc/ocsinventory/ocsinventory-agent.cfg for a more verbose output, maybe it will help you figure out what's not working.

after a few fixes here and there I can't get it to connect :/

Useless use of concatenation (.) or string in void context at /usr/share/perl5/site_perl/Ocsinventory/Agent/ line 53.

Is something i can fix?

I updated the PKGBUILD; the sources should be OK now. If anyone's using this and having issues, please let me know.

Can confirm windy's comment, not sure if it's a typo or they updated the download URL but there's a letter "v" missing from the version tag in the URL.

does not work, it should be

Upon further inspection, I found the following dependencies: net-tools (for displaying network information) read-edid (for displaying monitors)

The storage issue was fixed upon upgrading the package to version 2.4.0.

Is someone else having issues with storage and network not showing? My server isn't showing the computer IP Also I think perl-net-snmp should be either a requisite or optional for the program, since it throws error complaining it's not available and turns the module off.

I resolve the problem error in line 19 of Makefile.PL, modifying the PKGBUILD file replace build function to:

build() {
cd "$srcdir/Ocsinventory-Unix-Agent-$pkgver"

sed -i "s/require 'lib\/Ocsinventory\/Agent\/';/require '.lib\/Ocsinventory\/Agent\/';/g" Makefile.PL

perl Makefile.PL
make || return 1
rm run-postinst
