@annoyingduck agreed, numix darkblue is close to perfect. If you're looking for dark themes working well on xfce, you can check equilux-theme out. One of the best I've ever used and it's one of the few that works well also with firefox :)

Wow this is a fantastic dark theme. It's tough to find good dark themes that work well on XFCE. This is right up there with Vertex and Arc-Grey. Thanks for packaging this for us.

It doesn't seem that the latest Numix tag/release (v2.5.1) has support for GTK 3.20, so here is a package I made based off the git version that works: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/numix-themes-darkblue-git. At the moment it seems to be working well, except the checkboxes/radio buttons are the wrong color. I'll try to get that fixed soon.
