Currently the install fails with E404;
if you're downloading this only as a rakudo dependency, you can install rakudo from, following the instructions here:

I think I have fixed the problem (with a little dirty hack that I hope won’t stay necessary for too long). Could you please try again and see if it works?

It seems that building fails on Parrot 4.9.0, at least on my machine where it causes a segmentation fault. I’ll try again later with a newer Parrot and upgrade the package if it works.

It's not yet as good as I want it to be, but it does what it should. Now I'm workin' on rakudo package, then I'll get back here.
