@Lucavon, where do you get this error? I can install and use the package normally.

The unit file is provided by upstream, so I'd tend to think it's an upstream "issue" if anything, but /var/run/ is probably never going away so I'm dubious on if upstream will change it.

Getting "PIDFile= references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/netdata/netdata.pid → /run/netdata/netdata.pid; please update the unit file accordingly."

Seems to be outdated?

Fixed, thanks for the heads up.

Netdata changed its build process, so the current build() doesn't work anymore - complains about missing autogen.sh

Nice one, thanks for stepping up!

Thanks, I'll attempt to maintain this myself :)

Wow, a lot has changed since I last touched this. I don't use netdata anymore, so I'm orphaning this package. I'm sure someone will step up and do a much better job than I did.

Thanks for the heads-up, will do it soon.

Would be great if this could get updated with the new sysusers/tmpfiles/install file from the official package.

Thanks, updated.
