Could you add "armv7h" to the arch list? Package builds fine.

In the future, just build with makepkg -sA

Note that mozjpeg does not yet have a released version based on the latest turbojpeg. Fortunately this doesn't seem to be a problem for most applications. If you have issues with mozjpeg crashing, however, you may need to switch back to turbojpeg and use mozjpeg-opt (not maintained by me) for the time being.

The package is named mozjpeg. You can check that it's installed by running pacman -Q mozjpeg.

If you're locating for the encoding and decoding programs, they are /usr/bin/cjpeg and /usr/bin/djpeg respectively. This is because mozjpeg is a replacement for libjpeg.

You can find this sort of thing out in the future by typing pacman -Ql mozjpeg.
