3.8.7-1 fails with log: https://pastebin.com/U5z1X1pU

if i install bundler:

'gem install bundler'

...add

'export PATH=$PATH:/home/pant/.gem/ruby/2.6.0/bin/"

...and if change these lines:

'gem install --no-document --no-user-install -i $_gemdir rake'

'bundle install --path vendor/bundle --without test'

...to:

'gem install rake'

'bundle install --path vendor/bundle'

...then it works...

3.8.4-2 fails with this backtrace: http://ix.io/1w5d

No luck so far finding out what irb/ruby-lex is or where it is supposed to live in order to load properly.

Fixed. Thank you for the useful information.

The bundled idn-ruby library needs to be rebuilt against libidn 1.35 (libidn.so.12). Current package has /opt/mikutter/vendor/idn.so built against libidn.so.11 which results in a failure to launch.

Fails at bundled ruby-gtk2 3.2.1 during makepkg. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or not - http://ix.io/19If

EDIT: It looks like there is a bug in this version of ruby-gtk2: https://github.com/ruby-gnome2/ruby-gnome2/issues/1133

Updated. Thank you for your tip, lefb766.

I found a mistake in your PKGBUILD. Please rewrite "<< EOF" into "<< 'EOF'" in order to keep "$@" from being expanded.
