@JuniioJPDJ: Sorry, that will have to be done by someone else. I don't use that fork and I'm not as involved with MicroPython anymore as I used to be.

Could you also provide pycopy package? It's probably the same pkgbuild with minor modifications. Pycopy is micropython fork maintained by one of major ex-contributors for original micropython.

Since this PKGBUILD is quite out of date and doesn't compile with the latest MicroPython repo, here's an updated one:

The compilation steps for the unix version of micropython changed. You now need to do:

git submodule update --init
cd unix
make deplibs

Can you update the PKGBUILD?

Ok, I see. Let's wait what the maintainer of the micropython package thinks.

@SpotlightKid Including 'pip-micropython' makes the package depending on 'python-virtualenv' and 'python-setuptools'. I think I will follow the decision of the package 'micropython', I notice you posted a comment under it too.

Also, I would recommend you to use micropython's builtin package manager 'upip' with the command:

micropython -m upip install <package>

Though only MicroPython packages are supported.

Please also install the 'pip-micropython' script to '/usr/bin'.
