Hi, thanks for this package. I was wondering if the audio driver mentioned on the wiki page for LIRC which supports reception and transmission is still included? On running, I am told:

Driver `audio' not found or not loadable

Edit: building on another machine results in a functional audio driver. Looking at the build log, it seems the difference is BUILD_LIBPORTAUDIO-- perhaps portaudio should be included as a dependency?

Sorry, I can't find lirc from community. I'm New to Arch though (maybe my error)

You should report this upstream. Does lirc from [community] work or also hang @ 100%?

trelane commented on 2020-03-28 23:35

@graysky Yours is the only one working. Other gives error : Driver `devinput' not found or not loadable(wrong or missing -U/--plugindir?). Seems to be a known issue for year or more.

@trelane - It's a git build so there is the potential for breakage. You should report this upstream. Does lirc from [community] work or also hang @ 100%?

This works for me, but cpu usage at %100 for 1 core all the time. So I can't use

Looks like it is working to me!
Now i have to figure out why I have no output using mode2, cat, etc to key presses on my /dev/lirc0.
