As the linux-lts package is transitioning to the 4.9 series, this package will follow suit. Be forewarned, if your system is afflicted by FS#51455, don't upgrade until a useable patch is introduced.

Update to 4.9.13

I didn't know that, as it's not mentioned in the wiki.

MuQSS didn't exist until 4.7. As this is the LTS kernel, which as it stands is 4.4, we are using ck's patchset from 4.4.

I build latest version and I used nconfig to build for my cpu - Intel Ivy Bridge.
I selected option 19 for Ivy Bridge and I didn't change anything else. Build finished successfully but I MuQSS is not enabled.
"dmesg | grep -i muqss" gives no result and "mesg | grep -i kolivas" gives only "[0.319779] BFS CPU scheduler v0.467 by Con Kolivas."

If I use not-lts version from repo, MuQSS is enabled. Do i have to do anything else?

Andes and I no longer have the time to maintain these packages, and so I am disowning them.

Kind Regards,

@e.sovetkin: I'll put this as a warning :)

Just to make people here aware. There is some bug with cryptsetup and lts 4.1.18.

@clfarron4: Yes, indeed! Thanks! I had BUILDDIR in makepkg.conf specidied, and I didn't delete it the src there. Stupid mistake.

@e.sovetkin: Maybe you aren't cleaning out your build directory properly? I only get prepare errors if I don't clean out the /src build folder properly.
