curl is a pacman dependency and will be always be installed

@FabioLolix: curl should be added as a dependency (namcap output: libupnpp E: Dependency curl detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/'] needed in files ['usr/lib/'])).

Also, license should be changed to LGPL2.1 (see ).
