I talked about GStreamer 1.x plugins, not 0.10. LibreOffice is using it since 4.0 version, see:

The packages are:

updated to 4.2.5-1; also took nachoig's suggestions.

Also, I think it's very strange to have gnome in optdepends, because you suggest to install another DE without any reason. Upstream has a package for KDE integraton (but you don't suggest to install KDE), and the package for GNOME integration works fine in any GTK+ desktop (or at least shuld work), so it doesn't make much sense to put GNOME in optdepends.

Hello, just another suggestion: add GStreamer 1.x plugins to optdepends. This enables multimedia support.

@bluerider: Thanks *very much* for considering my request! I really appreciate your time and support of this important package.

@sb56637: I have spent a lot of time deliberating your request and I still haven't formulated a decision on whether to create a libreoffice-rpm-testing package. However, don't let my indecision stop you from trying out the testing packages. Use my PKGBUILD to build a testing version with the following commands:

sed -i 's/stable/unstable/g' PKGBUILD; ## switch to unstable repo
sed -i 's/4.2.2/4.2.3/g' PKGBUILD; ## switch to current unstable package
sed -i "s/7a744450cc1d18864101a543eed4fb765c4f8df36e4321f70359f54cb07a3ab0/SKIP/g" PKGBUILD; ## skip sha256sum check for x86
