Before you install: Currently, it does not work in anything other than the GNOME desktop yet. Work in progress https://github.com/SeaDve/Kooha/pull/65

@yochananmarqos: Yes, exactly. The fix was pushed and it fixes the issue

@hheinzer: No, it's an upstream issue. I see you created an issue and a fix is coming.

Kooha crashes when there is no tmp folder in ~/.cache and you are trying the record sound from either speaker or microphone. It is fixable by creating the folder, but maybe it would be possible to point kooha directly to /tmp? However, I don't see how to do this from the PKGBUILD.

this is single handily the best, simplest screen recorder to date. works surprisingly well. straight to the point. blends into gnome wonderfully.

@ciupenhauer: I can't reproduce it. The gi Python module is provided by python-gobject.

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/kooha", line 39, in <module> import gi ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'gi'

any ideas?
