@illuser True, now it seems to work fine with nodejs. Sometime ago it needed the lts version, and I haven't checked it in a while. Thanks for pointing this, package updated.

illuser commented on 2019-12-27 20:14

The package compiles and works correctly with nodejs. No need to enforce the LTS version on people who prefer to stay on bleeding edge.

@TheAifam5 aur helpers (like yay) are not supported. Package is building fine. Your error tells about 'kinematic', which is not a dependency here.

TheAifam5 commented on 2018-11-09 13:23

While using yay as AUR package manager:

==> Error: Could not find all required packages: kinematic (Target)

With commit 4c506eb0d1aa2c430a5289fb45f61a2b28769796 (latest one currently), nodejs v10 works fine for me, no need to force nodejs-lts-carbon anymore.

erro in build:

==> Iniciando build()... Switched to a new branch '0.17.3' /usr/lib/node_modules/npm/bin/npm-cli.js:82 let notifier = require('update-notifier')({pkg}) ^^^

Mates, there's no commit on the github repo since April. Probably the project will be not maintained anymore. Anyway I'll disown this package to let you still maintain it.

Bye, Alfie.
