So it is not really a bug, but an upstream modification of configuration, which is not yet included in the stable jwm. This version works with the default jwmrc or when that is used for further tweaking. However, if someone has an old jwmrc, then the mouse actions should be explicitly added to the custom jwmrc, for example:

As of s1643-1, window buttons and window resizing do not work.
