Yes, I could have tried manual install before reporting the Yay failure. First time Yay has let me down... All is well now.

FabioLolix commented on 2020-08-27 22:23

re-downloaded sources, it is fine here

Don't just rely on some stupid helper. Build it manually.

HINT: updpkgsums

BTW...the current sum in the PKGBUILD is correct...

whaler commented on 2020-08-26 21:55

Still no success:

-> Found inxi-3.1.06.tar.gz ==> Validating source files with sha256sums... inxi-3.1.06.tar.gz ... FAILED ==> FAIL: One or more files did not pass the validation control! error downloading sources: inxi

recalculated source hash, thanks for reporting

crian commented on 2020-08-17 23:52

It did not pass the validity check.

cmcc commented on 2020-04-01 09:40

@merlock thanks, it works perfectly. Anyway, it would be nice to have the new version also in AUR, so we don't have to check time to time if a new upstreame release of inxi exists (and pacman helpers do not complain about newer version installed or out of date package...)

merlock commented on 2020-03-25 03:06 could fix it yourself....

It's ~10 days that 3.0.38 release is out upstream. Could you syncronise also the aur package? Thanks!

Please update the checksums to match the downloaded source files. Thanks!
