Updated to commit f85e46c and disabled grabbing radio channels for now

Updated to commit 77c04a8 and started using a systemd timer for running the EPG grabbing daily.
So please mind that after updating, you'd better disable (and stop) horepgd.service (for it's a oneshot service now) and instead start and enable horepgd.timer.
