Thanks both of you !

@Kr1ss: Oh right, I'll add it back then.

Kr1ss commented on 2020-03-09 17:20

FWIW, I just checked that here. Apparently makechrootpkg and makepkg first try to gather all sources before they install the runtime dependencies.

This does fail when git hasn't been installed (like in a clean chroot).

Just adding 'git' back to makedepends would fix this.

@BrianAllred: python-gitpython depends on git, shouldn't it already be installed using makepkg -s?

BrianAllred commented on 2020-03-09 16:45

You removed git from the makedepends, breaking building the package in a clean chroot.

@Kr1ss: Oops, fixed.

Thx for maintaining @yochananmarqos and for today's update. The current version fails to build because

1) you removed the patch file from the sources but apparently you forgot to also remove prepare().

2) the checksum of guiscrcpy.png doesn't match

Cheers !

E/ added 2)

E/2 Thx for fixing this so quickly ! :)

@yochananmarqos, what do you see when you enter git tag -l in the 2.0 cloned dir?
