As said akspecs this version requires an Internet connexion (to communicate with primatelabs.com).
One *can* run the 32-bit version on an a x86_64 Arch, as much as the system has lib32-glibc & lib32-gcc-libs from 'multilib'.

I'm apparently a few months late, but I like that idea. I'd advise you mention that in the description of both to avoid people flagging geekbench2 out of date on a regular basis.

anyone likes the idea of renaming this pkgbuild to geekbench227 as this is the last version that shows the results locally - without involuntary upload to geekbench site and bumping the "geekbench" to the latest version?
