To enable it at userlevel (with systemd) don't forget to execute:

systemctl --user enable gamemoded

once as current user and

systemctl --user start gamemoded

if you want to start it manually

For compatibility with 32bit games see :

I'm starting work on a 32 bit version of the library part now too. Should be up later today.

BrianAllred, thanks for the suggestion. modified the PKGBUILD accordingly.

git needs to be a make dependency or building in a clean chroot fails.

lordheavy, thanks for the suggestions systemd is now an optional dependency and the compilation process has been modified as suggested.

Here is a patch to fix various things (and warning) : https://paste.xinu.at/0gaS/ , build in a clean chroot and tested with namcap

What about a multilib version?

Tried to separate -D from withsystemd-user-unit-dir and same thing occurs.
