PSA: I've started hosting this as a prebuilt package in my repository for those that want to install it using pacman without messing around with building from the AUR.

Just a heads up.

The latest version requires --with-file-roller if you still want support for that to be compiled.

This eases packaging for binary distributions.

Remove the applications cache folder and try again, i.e.

rm -rf ~/.cache/font-manager/

As always, careful with rm.
