You are using source_aarch64=() and source_x86_64=() which are not needed since you are downloading source code not pre-compiled binaries

This pkgbuild need to be called firedragon-hg since is a VCS package

Yes, just added it. Thanks for the suggestion :)

You could add a replaces=('dragonwolf') to PKGBUILD, as this package seems to be the new name for the previous one

Thanks again for your feedback :) I was in fact contemplating just taking it out, as the megabar itself is disabled anyway.

patch in prepare () fails patch -p1 -i ../megabar.patch

When I ran the patch command by itself I received:

patch -p1 -i ../megabar.patch patching file browser/components/urlbar/UrlbarInput.jsm Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] y Hunk #1 succeeded at 1678 (offset 506 lines). patching file browser/themes/shared/ Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] y Hunk #2 FAILED at 197. Hunk #3 succeeded at 301 with fuzz 1 (offset 90 lines). Hunk #4 succeeded at 329 (offset 98 lines). 1 out of 4 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file browser/themes/shared/ patching file browser/themes/shared/ Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] y Hunk #1 succeeded at 80 (offset 32 lines). Hunk #2 succeeded at 118 with fuzz 1 (offset 46 lines). Hunk #3 succeeded at 264 with fuzz 2 (offset 85 lines). Hunk #4 succeeded at 301 (offset 97 lines).

When I opened both the patch file and the and the css file I found: that instead of line number 197 the lines begin with line 279 according to emacs.

urlbar[breakout][breakout-extend] {

top: -@urlbarBreakoutExtend@; left: calc(-@urlbarMarginInline@ - @urlbarBreakoutExtend@); width: calc(100% + 2 * @urlbarMarginInline@ + 2 * @urlbarBreakoutExtend@); }

Thus the patch fails.

Thanks, changed. :)

PKGBUILD: The depends line line contains both nss and nss-hg which are conflicting packages The prepare () function starts with the command mkdir mozbuild For those who have had a pkgbuild fail partway through the make it probably be best to if [[ ! -d mozbuild ]]; then mkdir mozbuild fi

brunomiguel commented on 2021-02-21 22:24

It will be up soon, was trying to build with unity patch and had to delete the current version in order to do so but that didnt succeed sadly.
