finally updated this abandoned piece of software. I included the rsc package in this one.
Hope it works for you, too!

patch works only to ffmpeg 2.8.6

by ffmpeg 3.0 doesn´t work :-(

In this thread is buliding for ffmpeg 3.0 (development)

Is it possible to make a new patchfile ?

Isn't compatible with ffmpeg 2.6 and 2.6.1. then you can't compile it.
You can use my patchs and resolve the problem:

To make this compiles I had to comment out lines 129 and 131 in file /usr/include/libswresample/swresample.h to make the #define unconditional. This is probably due to a bug in libswresample which is installed by ffmpeg.

I'm using manjaro, same problem.
