It was not a suggestion to add this as a dependency, it just might help someone who runs into the same issue.

@erikvanvelzen you cannot add a hardware dependency to this package then she are supposed to be support many hardware not only nvidia. If you do so, you maybe lock out AMD or INTEL graphics in this case.

Required lib32-nvidia-utils. Without it only the launcher works but not the game.

I have a working up to date version of this ready to go. If anyone runs into problems let me know. I use i3 so i have not tested the .desktop file.

It is flagged out of date so it has not been updated for a long time.

Is this ever getting updated? The launcher is broken (unable to log in at all) until we catch up the the current version.

I found I was still having dependency issues after installing the package. I started to install the ones listed in the crash logs but ended up installing the 'wine' and 'samba' packages and that resolved most of it. At the moment there is a bug with freetype 2.8+. The current version of Wine that the launcher has bundled with it doesn't contain the fixes so you need to enable a dev branch of wine which does. This is done under settings in the evelauncher. I've found that winehq-stable is working fine but I haven't tested it extensively. Hopefully this helps someone else..

Manually deleting libQt5 libraries inside evelauncher folder, and reinstalling package fixed this issue for me.

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "". Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. [1] 14461 abort (core dumped) evelauncher
